1. 이 서비스에 대하여

자커 운영 대시보드(이하 "본 서비스")는 주식회사 자커(ZARKER)가 자사 임직원의 업무 처리를 위해 운영하는 사내 전용 도구입니다. 일반 대중에게 제공되지 않으며, 회사가 발급하고 관리자가 승인한 계정으로 로그인한 임직원만 이용할 수 있습니다.

본 서비스는 재고·매출·정산 관리와 함께, 자사가 소유한 유튜브 채널에 자사 홍보 영상을 게시하는 기능을 제공합니다.

2. 수집하는 정보와 이용 목적

본 서비스는 회사가 소유하지 않은 채널의 데이터를 수집·조회·저장하지 않으며, 시청자·구독자 등 제3자의 개인정보를 다루지 않습니다.

3. YouTube API Services 이용에 관한 고지

본 서비스는 YouTube API Services를 사용합니다.

본 서비스를 이용함으로써 이용자는 다음에 동의하게 됩니다.

본 서비스에 부여한 접근 권한은 Google 계정 보안 설정 페이지에서 언제든지 철회할 수 있습니다. 권한을 철회하면 본 서비스가 보관 중인 해당 토큰은 즉시 무효가 되며, 더 이상 영상을 게시할 수 없습니다.

API를 통해 접근하는 범위

youtube.upload — 자사 채널에 영상 업로드
youtube — 업로드한 영상의 제목·설명·공개 설정·썸네일 지정, 연결된 채널 확인

시청 기록, 검색 기록, 구독자 목록 등 위 목적과 무관한 정보는 요청하지도 수집하지도 않습니다.

4. 보관 기간과 파기

임직원 계정 정보 — 퇴사 또는 계정 삭제 요청 시 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
유튜브 토큰 — 연결이 유지되는 동안만 보관합니다. 대시보드에서 연결 해제를 누르거나 Google 계정에서 권한을 철회하면 즉시 삭제·무효화됩니다.
세션 정보 — 로그아웃 시 또는 유효기간 만료 시 자동 삭제됩니다.
업로드한 영상 파일은 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. 브라우저에서 유튜브로 전달만 하며 처리 후 즉시 폐기됩니다.

5. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

본 서비스는 수집한 정보를 제3자에게 판매·대여·제공하지 않습니다. 영상 게시를 위해 이용자가 지정한 내용(영상 파일, 제목, 설명, 태그, 공개 설정)은 Google LLC(YouTube)에 전송되며, 이는 서비스 제공에 반드시 필요한 범위에 한합니다.

본 서비스는 광고를 게재하지 않으며, 수집한 정보를 광고·프로파일링·머신러닝 학습 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.

6. 안전성 확보 조치

모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다.
비밀번호는 복호화가 불가능한 방식으로 저장됩니다.
유튜브 게시 기능은 별도 권한을 부여받은 임직원만 사용할 수 있습니다.
접근 권한은 담당 업무에 필요한 최소 범위로 제한합니다.

7. 이용자의 권리

임직원은 본인 정보의 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 수 있으며, 아래 연락처로 문의하면 지체 없이 처리합니다. 유튜브 연동에 관한 권한은 앞서 안내한 Google 계정 설정에서 직접 철회할 수 있습니다.

1. About this service

The Zarker Operations Dashboard is an internal tool operated by Zarker for its own employees only. It is not offered to the general public. Access requires an account issued by the company and approved by an administrator.

Alongside inventory and sales management, the dashboard lets authorised staff publish the company's own promotional videos to the company's own YouTube channel.

2. Information we collect

Employee accounts — name, job title, team, login ID and a hashed password, used for authentication and access control.
Session data — a session cookie and sign-in time, used to keep the user signed in.
YouTube connection — OAuth access and refresh tokens, and the name, ID and avatar of the connected channel, used solely to publish videos to our own channel and to show the result.

We do not collect, read or store data from any channel we do not own, and we do not process personal data of viewers, subscribers or any other third party.

3. YouTube API Services

This application uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

You may revoke this application's access to your data at any time via the Google security settings page. Once revoked, the stored token is invalidated immediately and no further uploads are possible.

Scopes requested: youtube.upload (upload videos to our own channel) and youtube (set title, description, privacy status and thumbnail; read our own channel details). No watch history, search history or subscriber data is requested or stored.

4. Retention and deletion

Employee account data is deleted without delay when the employee leaves or requests deletion.
YouTube tokens are retained only while the connection is active. Pressing Disconnect in the dashboard, or revoking access in the Google account settings, deletes and invalidates them immediately.
Session data is deleted on sign-out or expiry.
Video files are never stored on our servers. They are relayed from the browser to YouTube and discarded immediately after transfer.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or otherwise disclose collected information to third parties. Content the user chooses to publish (video file, title, description, tags, privacy setting) is transmitted to Google LLC (YouTube) as strictly necessary to provide the feature. We display no advertising and do not use collected information for advertising, profiling or machine-learning training.

6. Security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored in a non-reversible hashed form. The publishing feature is restricted to employees who have been granted that specific permission.
