본 약관은 주식회사 자커(ZARKER)(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 사내 업무 시스템 자커 운영 대시보드(이하 "본 서비스")의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.
본 서비스는 회사의 임직원 전용 내부 도구입니다. 일반 대중에게 제공되지 않으며, 외부에 배포하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 회사가 계정을 발급하고 관리자가 승인한 사람만 이용할 수 있습니다.
본 서비스는 재고·주문·매출·정산 등 사내 운영 정보의 조회와 관리 기능을 제공하며, 이에 더해 회사가 소유한 유튜브 채널에 회사의 홍보 영상을 게시하는 기능을 제공합니다.
본 서비스는 YouTube API Services를 사용합니다. 영상 게시 기능을 이용하는 이용자는 다음 약관 및 정책의 적용을 함께 받습니다.
본 서비스에 부여한 접근 권한은 Google 계정 보안 설정 페이지에서 언제든지 철회할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
회사는 업무상·기술상 필요에 따라 본 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나 운영을 일시 중단할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 사내 공지 또는 본 페이지 게시를 통해 알립니다.
본 서비스는 회사 내부 업무 지원을 목적으로 제공됩니다. 회사는 천재지변, 통신 장애, 외부 서비스(유튜브 등)의 정책 변경이나 장애로 인해 발생한 이용 제한에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
본 약관이 변경되는 경우 시행일과 변경 내용을 본 페이지에 게시합니다. 변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하는 경우 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

These terms govern the use of the Zarker Operations Dashboard, an internal business system operated by Zarker ("the Company").
The dashboard is an internal tool for the Company's own employees only. It is not offered to the general public and is never distributed or sold externally. Accounts are issued by the Company and approved by an administrator.
Accounts may not be shared. Users are responsible for keeping their password secure and must report any suspected compromise. The Company assigns and adjusts per-user permissions as required by the user's role, and removes accounts when an employee leaves.
The dashboard provides inventory, order, sales and settlement management, and additionally lets authorised staff publish the Company's promotional videos to the Company's own YouTube channel.
This service uses YouTube API Services. Users of the publishing feature are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Access granted to this service may be revoked at any time via the Google security settings page.
Users must not access data outside their assigned permissions, export information for non-business purposes, attempt to publish to channels not owned by the Company, publish content that violates the YouTube Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, or interfere with normal operation of the service.
The Company may modify or temporarily suspend the service for operational or technical reasons. Material changes are announced internally or posted on this page.
The service is provided to support internal business operations. The Company is not liable for restrictions arising from force majeure, network failure, or policy changes or outages of external services such as YouTube.
